Brokerage
The Drakeford Company engages in two brokerage facets: the assembly of land for buyers and the sale of its residential developments. As a land assembly broker, we are experienced in servicing clients with specific acquisition criteria on an assignment basis. TDC guarantees strict confidentiality to all clients. Our service area is limited to Mecklenburg County where we are knowledgeable of growth patterns and land use plans. This knowledge allows TDC to make insightful contributions to the real estate acquisition decision-making process.
Construction / Construction Management
The Drakeford Company obtained its Unlimited North Carolina General Contractor’s License in 2004, qualifying it to build commercial and residential structures of any scale. However, our current construction focus is single-family homes where we develop plans that meet market demand.
TDC construction personnel provide construction management services for our attached housing developments to ensure that our third party contractors meet our construction standards.
Development
Our focus is developing residential communities in centers of activity. The Drakeford Company’s development services include: site and market assessment, financial analysis and reporting, program definition, design team selection and coordination, securing financing, and construction management. Our goal is to position our developments appropriately within the economic and environmental confines of each project. TDC is expanding its services to include mixed-use developments.
